Return Policy

Thank You for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product Emperor’s Emporium excepts exchange for store credit, if criteria are met.  We do NOT give refunds. Please see below for more information on the return policy.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new or unused condition, with tags.

Return Process:

To return an item , please email emperorsemporiumhawaii@outlook.com with a discretion of what is wrong with the product. You will then obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, place the item in securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase, the item, and return number, and mail your return to

Store Credit:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process store credit. Please allow 14 days from arrival to process your store credit.
